Nick has spent over a decade studying and perfecting this path by studying each step of the journey. He's certified in PRT, the most powerful treatment for chronic pain and has a MSc in Sport Medicine and everything in between.


The ultimate goal of this is programme is rebuild your system from the ground up so that next time your friends are entering a half marathon, a triathlon, a tough mudder or whatever; you'd be the first person they call and you can say hell yes without hesitation.

Our 12 Week Roadmap

1 - NERVOUS S

The start of the programme tackles the pain at source by working with the central nervous system. This is the absolute foundation for how our body functions. It sets the stage for everything we do in phase 2 & 3.

2 - RE

The one thing that every single person I work with has in common is that their pain has eroded their trust and confidence in their body. We cannot ignore this and hope it comes back by itself, we need to directly restore it.

3 - SPORT SPECIFIC WORK

Now it is time to expose it to healthy stress and train it to handle the demands of your sport without just going back to square one. We want to build a resilient system ready for whatever life throws at it!

Meet Your Physio

SPECIALIST PHYSIO & CHRONIC PAIN COACH

He qualified as a physiotherapist in 2013 with a BSc in Physiotherapy before moving to London in 2016 to complete an MSc in Sports & Exercise Medicine.

He has a deep love of sport and played and loved sport and understands the role that sport can play in life and the pain of having that taken away.

Instead of specialising in an area of the body or a particular injury, Nick decided to dedicate his career to one very specific journey - the path from chronic pain where even daily tasks are difficult, back to competitive sport.
